Jim Gilsrud
Owner/General Contractor/Designer Jim is the big guy at Dominion and will be the first contact working with the client from the early stages of the process through design. He’ll make sure the details are understood and everyone is on the same page throughout the process, and keep in touch throughout to make sure all is going well. Kim Gilsrud
Operations Manager/Real Estate Agent Kim works the internal aspects of the company ensuring the processes are in place for all projects and the business in general. She’ll work closely with Jim on design work, and has a real estate background. Contact Kim: kim@dominionbuildersinc.com
Sam Gilsrud
Project Manager/Communications Sam recently graduated from U of M Duluth with a Business/Finance degree. He has talents in many areas that are utilized at Dominion, from photography to IT and general management. Chances are you’ll work with Sam at some point on your project. Les Olson
Crew Lead/Craftsman Les is an industry veteran and has a strong history with Jim, going waaay back to crews in the 80s. He provides the quality workmanship that Dominion is known for.
